I wanted to avoid the big streets; Concentrate on life around me, not traffic behind me.
After studying a map and a few micro-rides I discovered:
- I can go almost anywhere using side streets.
- There is little information getting around Bangkok by bike.
- Rediscovering Bangkok is invigorating.
- Public transportation allows me to fit my rides to my moods; I can get close enough to have a nice ride, explore my destination and return.
I welcome feedback, ride suggestions and company on future rides.
